Had some left over pizza dough in the fridge. So I made a s’mores pizza with buttered graham cracker crumbs, semi sweet chocolate chips, and marshmallows.

It does crunch. I did a thin crust, which I baked first, and then melted the toppings on with the broiler setting. So, you have a nice crunch to go with the gooey warm chocolate and marshmallow. Also, browning the marshmallows gives them a bit of a crunchy outer layer.

Unfortunately life has been too chaotic for that lately, but I did fill my belly with tortilla soup at least. It was good but I’m sure it wasn’t as good as those s’mores.

I hear ya on life. Two days in a row now, I’ve been surprised to find that I had classes to teach that I hadn’t put on my calendar. That’s how scattered I’ve become lately.

Oof. I think I’m getting close to that too. Was home for 9 days straight until today, mostly watching the little guy because my FIL had a stroke - thankfully minor, but it’s been a rough time for my wife and her parents. He’s coming home Thursday though - and looking forward to seeing his grandson. Little ones aren’t allowed in the hospital these days, as you probably know.
